GAINSWave Addresses the Root Cause of ED

GAINSWave is a clinically proven, non-invasive therapy that was designed especially for males seeking ED treatment that would enhance their sexual performance.  GAINSWave’s pulsating waves enhance blood supply to the penis by breaking down the accumulation of plaque and promoting the development of new blood vessels. The improvements help create harder, stronger, and more sustainable erections.  In addition, the pulsating waves also trigger a healing response that “wakes-up” inactive stem cells and growth factors in the penis for a comprehensive rejuvenation of male erectile tissue. This alternative ED treatment does not involve any expensive prescriptions to remember to fill, and no penile surgery or implants. There are no harmful side effects with this ED therapy, which is the case with oral medication.  GAINSWave therapy is safe and effective for men who cannot take oral ED drugs, such as those with high blood pressure, heart disease, or diabetes. This therapy can also be used to treat Peyronie’s disease, which is not possible with Viagra and other oral ED medicines.

How does it work?

The GAINSWave procedure disintegrates plaque formation in blood vessels as well as promotes the growth of new blood vessels in the penis. This enhances the blood supply to the penis and improves sexual function. Additionally, the GAINSWave procedure encourages the development of new nerve tissue in the penis.  This process, known as neurogenesis, improves sensitivity in the penis. As GAINSWave utilizes low-intensity sound waves and is non-invasive, it is commonly called Low-Intensity Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (LI-ESWT). The patient will usually require between 6 to 12 sessions, each session between 15 to 20 minutes. These treatment sessions:
  • Promote the release of growth factors in penile tissue, which results in the production of new blood vessels
  • Break up plaque formation in existing blood vessels
  • Activate inactive stem cells, creating new cell growth
  • By enhancing blood supply to the penis, males will have stronger, harder, and longer-lasting erections.

Treatment for Peyronie’s Disease

For men seeking a more natural, non-invasive therapy for Peyronie’s disease, GAINSWave may be an effective solution. Peyronie’s disease is a treatable condition. A majority of men are able to resume optimal sexual function after treatment.  This therapy uses a premium brand of high-frequency low-intensity soundwaves, or shockwaves to dislodge the plaque (scar tissue) and open blood vessels and develop new ones. This enhances blood supply, decreases penis curvature, and treats any potential ED.  GAINSWave is the only medication-free, surgery-free treatment options for males with Peyronie’s disease that has proven its efficacy in clinical trials. What is Revanesse Versa dermal filler used for?

What is Revanesse Versa dermal filler used for? | Los Angeles | EncinoRevanesse Versa is a hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler that combines cutting-edge production techniques, optimal ingredients, and rigorous quality testing to provide dramatic outcomes to people seeking to take control of their appearance.  Revanesse is a proven dermal filler injection, with more than three million syringes used globally since 2012. The dermal filler is meant to correct the appearance of facial creases and wrinkles (nasolabial folds). The product has received FDA approval for use in the United States. Rejuvenate Medical Spa, led by Dr. Bijan Farah, provides cosmetic injectable med spa treatments to patients in Encino, Sherman Oaks, San Fernando, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Los Angeles, CA, and surrounding locations.

The Versa Difference

Not all dermal fillers are created equal. An innovative formula, top-quality ingredients, and state-of-the-art production techniques ensure that Revanesse Versa is optimized for excellent outcomes. Versa is made in small batches, in the manufacturer's own advanced facility to maximize safety and quality. Versa is a very homogenous filler because of an advanced wet milling technology and proprietary formula, meaning that the particles are uniquely even and spherical. This offers a perfect balance between volume and smoothness.  Versa only uses top-notch premium grade HA with notably higher molecular weight. A recent study indicates that another sought-after HA dermal filler was shown to create inflammation 24 percent more often than Versa. The lower rate of inflammation of Revanesse Versa means that many patients are able to resume their lives almost instantly after the injectable procedure.

FDA-Approved Filler with Unique Technology

In 2017, the FDA approved Revanesse Versa. It was subsequently launched in January 2018. This dermal filler is based on an innovative and highly controlled wet milling technology, which is the process used in gel creation. The gel is pressed through a series of screens. This creates even particle size, shape, and an overall smoother gel.

Less Swelling, Less Downtime

For more even outcomes, Versa is uniform and well-balanced in its composition. A key advantage of Versa’s spherical molecules is that they cause less swelling. Clinical trials show that Versa caused 24 percent less inflammation compared to other fillers.  This is a major benefit for patients as less swelling translates to less downtime for them. In theory, the small and consistent molecules encourage optimal tissue integration, which makes it less likely for the body to detect it as a foreign substance.

Quality Control

Before distribution, Revanesse Versa undergoes intensive lab testing. Every syringe is checked individually to make sure that it is safe and effective. The manufacturer states that the manufacture of smaller batches offers the patient with top-quality and fresher products.  To date, one million syringes of Revanesse Versa have been sold worldwide with no reported cases of nodules or granulomas.

Natural Looking Results

Versa filler gel is consistent due to the use of the advanced wet milling technology and its proprietary formulation. This means that the filler gel particles are uniform and uniquely spherical for a perfect balance between volume and smoothness for homogenous and natural looking results.

Higher Sustainability

Revanesse Versa’s spherical particle shape enables it to be more easily assimilated by the body. The gel disintegrates slowly over time in the deeper layers of tissue. New Botox Competitor Jeuveau Could be Next Big 'Frown Line' Treatment

Jeuveau Could be Next Big 'Frown Line' Treatment | Los AngelesEvolus’s Jeuveau has been approved by the FDA to treat frown lines around eight months after the agency refused to approve the drug, citing inadequacies pertaining to the chemistry and production of the product. Rejuvenate Medical Spa, led by Dr. Bijan Farah, provides cosmetic injectable med spa treatments to patients in Encino, Sherman Oaks, San Fernando, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Los Angeles, CA, and surrounding locations.

FDA Approval for Evolus – A Game Changer

The FDA’s approval for Evolus is set to change the market dynamics for anti-aging injectable treatments. Evolus Chief Executive Officer David Moatazedi stated in an interview before the FDA's decision that they saw Evolus’ entry into this market as very disruptive.  Evolus expects Jeuveau prices to be around 20 to 25 percent less than those of Botox. In addition, it is likely to become available throughout the US at doctor offices starting Spring 2019, according to the company. Botox is expected to experience challenges for its therapeutic uses from competitors, but its aesthetic uses have mostly remained unchallenged.  Botox was introduced in 2002. It has evolved over the years from a cosmetic injection to treatment for bladder dysfunction and migraines. In 2018, this medication brought in $3.58 billion in revenues for Allergan.  Botox alternatives such as anti-wrinkle injections like Merz Pharma’s Xeomin or Nestle’s Dysport have not been able to accomplish the success enjoyed by Botox.  Revance Therapeutics, headquartered in Newark, California, is also in the process of developing a Botox rival, which could offer longer effect in wrinkle treatment. Moatazedi said that their entry with Jeuveau would garner significant interest not just from the medical professionals, but equally from the patients.

Challenging Botox Dominance

Evolus’ Jeuveau (DWP-450) (prabotulinum toxin A) will likely be a strong rival to Allergan’s Botox (botulinum toxin type A) for the treatment of severe frown lines.  Jeuveau will have some room for non-label use for the cosmetic reduction of wrinkles as well as non-cosmetic treatment areas such as spasms and migraines. Experts are trying to evaluate how Jeuveau will perform in the market in comparison to Frankfurt, Germany-based Merz Pharma’s Xeomin and Ipsen Biopharm’s Dysport, considering that all these products comprise the same toxin.  The proposed duration of outcomes for Jeuveau and Botox is nearly three months.  Experts and analysts alike expect FDA approval for Jeuveau, stating that previous positive Phase III trials that confirm a similar safety and efficacy profile to Botox.  According to experts, both products are easily interchangeable due to their safety and efficacy profiles.

Market vs. Xeomin, Dysport Tougher to Predict

Experts believe that the potential price reduction for Jeuveau may position it as a strong rival to Botox, but there is uncertainty about the Jeuveau market place in comparison to Xeomin and Dysport. Xeomin received FDA-approval in July 2010 and Dysport in April 2009. All three, Xeomin, Dysport and Botox, comprise the same toxin, and so will Jeuveau. Therefore, there is no significant distinguishing factor in their similar cosmetic applications, according to Weiss and Friedmann. The company’s spokesperson elaborates that Jeuveau will be the first known 900kDa molecule in the United States since Botox.  He added that the dosing, storage, and injection techniques would be the same as Botox, unlike Dysport and Xeomin.
